This is probably one of my favorite Persian dishes. It combines savory, salty, sour, and sweet flavors in a layered rice cake. This is the type of dish that our family has to make every few months, no questions asked.
What did you like about the food:
Everything. This dish is perfect. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Sweet, salty, sour, and savory flavors are mixed together perfectly. What would you have done differently or how did you modify the recipe:
