Fudge Chocolate Brownie - Baked chocolaty treat that originated in the United States. What inspired you to make the dish:
I love chocolate and I love brownies. The best thing about brownies is that they are actually really simple to make.
What did you like about the food:
These chocolate brownies came out perfectly. They have a slightly under-baked center which is ideal for this type of brownie, as you want the center to be runny/fudge like but the outsides more chewy. What would you have done differently or how did you modify the recipe:
Nothing with the base brownie recipe but I would maybe experiment with adding different types of toppings. What recipe did you use:
